I am a resident of Alps Estates. I have personally been harassed by the Environmental Officer, Gurumurthy for STP certifications and have parted with funds to him and have not received any intimation from the department. Karnataka govt is run by thieves like him. Please read page 4 of times of india article of sept 2 ' lokayukta police search pollution board offices' unearth Rs. 5 lakh from environment officer. That EO was gurumurthy. Send him to me so I can punish the bloody rascal too. I have lost association money on him and some of you Forward150 folks also picked a battle with me on outflow quality. The only junk out of our sewage treatment plant are EO who could not be digested by anaerobic treatment.
